Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (three 12-hour shifts per week), includes weekends & holidays; day and night rotations with on-call coverage required

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care across Acute Care, OB, ER and other areas of the facility
- Perform focused patient assessments and communicate relevant condition updates to physicians
- Interpret ECGs and identify life-threatening arrhythmias promptly
- Perform intubation procedures safely and effectively when indicated
- Apply ACLS, Pediatric and Neonatal life support protocols during emergencies
- Follow AARC Clinical Practice Guidelines for safe, evidence-based respiratory care
- Participate in on-call, weekend and holiday coverage to ensure continuous patient care
Qualifications
- Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner License required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Active ACLS certification required
- Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) certification required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Proven ability to perform intubation and interpret ECGs
- Comfortable providing care across Acute Care, OB and ER settings
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and on-call
Knowledge & Skills
- Respiratory care principles and patient assessment skills
- Airway management including intubation
- ECG interpretation and rhythm recognition
- ACLS, PALS and Neonatal life support protocols
- Familiarity with AARC Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Ability to triage and prioritize in acute and emergency settings
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
