Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Med/Surg care for adult and pediatric patients with compassion and clinical excellence
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care—own your impact on recovery and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with a full-time hospitalist physician and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Float to other departments as needed, delivering safe patient care across units
- Document patient status and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
- Mentor and support teammates while working independently when required
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential (title indicates RN role)
- Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience—Med/Surg experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications (required)
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and adapting in a rural facility
- Ability to float to other departments where qualified and provide safe patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong Med/Surg clinical knowledge and acute patient care skills
- Experience with adult and pediatric patient assessments and interventions
- Comfort with 12-hour shift workflows and prioritizing high-acuity tasks
- Teamwork and effective communication with physicians, hospitalists, and nursing staff
- Ability to work independently in a rural, modern facility and adapt to changing assignments
