Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts). Schedule options: 3x12 nights (three nights/week) or 4x12 nights (four nights/week); specific days vary/rotating nights.

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission using focused interviewing and review of past medical history
• Monitor and record vital signs, labs, x-rays and other diagnostic results with attention to detail
• Implement physician-directed care plans and update plans of care as patient needs change
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care across MS/Telemetry/PCU settings with clinical confidence
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate safe, timely care
• Document care accurately in the medical record and escalate concerns promptly
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong MS/Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience required
• Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree required

• Patient assessment and clinical judgment in acute care/telemetry settings
• Care planning and implementation under physician direction
• Vital signs monitoring and interpreting telemetry data
• Lab and diagnostic test review to inform clinical decisions
• Proficient documentation and electronic health record use
• Strong mathematical, analytical, time management and prioritization skills
• Team-oriented communication and patient/family education
