Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-rays and fluoroscopic procedures using Siemens equipment with accuracy and care
• Provide Operating Room imaging support during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and teamwork
• Deliver full Level 3 trauma center imaging capabilities independently when needed
• Operate independently in fast-paced situations, making sound decisions and prioritizing patient safety
• Maintain radiation safety standards and adhere to all imaging protocols
• Document procedures and findings clearly and communicate effectively with the clinical team
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as required by the assignment
• Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Demonstrated X-ray experience with Siemens equipment (required)
• Fluoroscopy experience and Operating Room imaging experience (required)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage imaging operations in a trauma center environment
• Experience performing all aspects of X-ray care in a Level 3 trauma center
• Current Radiologic Technologist license or ARRT certification preferred (state license as required)
• Willingness to participate in weekend and on-call rotations

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program; ARRT certification or state equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong proficiency with Siemens radiography and fluoroscopy systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of trauma imaging protocols and OR imaging workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot imaging equipment and optimize image quality
• Familiarity with radiation safety practices and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in high-acuity settings
