Shift Type: 4 days per week, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Day shift) with 1-2 nights per week on-call; weekend on-call approximately every 8th weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CT and radiography equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
- Position patients safely and compassionately while explaining procedures to reduce anxiety
- Follow CT imaging protocols and adjust parameters to obtain diagnostic-quality studies
- Maintain patient safety by adhering to radiation safety and infection control practices
- Document imaging procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure timely image routing to providers
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff to optimize patient care
- Perform routine quality control checks on equipment and report any issues promptly
- Respond to on-call requests for imaging studies in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Montana state license required
- ARRT certification required
- CT certification required
- Current basic life support (BLS) preferred or required per facility policy
- Ability to work a travel contract assignment and comply with housing rules (traveler only)
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, including nights and occasional weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging principles and cross-sectional anatomy
- Proven radiologic technology skills and safe radiation practices
- Comfortable with PACS and electronic medical record systems
- Excellent patient communication and positioning techniques
- Ability to follow established imaging protocols and troubleshoot image quality
