Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language therapy across inpatient hospital, nursing home, outpatient clinic and local school settings
• Assess, plan and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Deliver the LSVT Big and Loud program to appropriate patients to maximize functional outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff and providers to coordinate care
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate, timely medical records
• Communicate with patients, families and caregivers to educate and support rehabilitation goals
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Qualifications

• Current Montana Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Experience or training with LSVT Big and Loud program
• Comfortable providing care across inpatient, outpatient, long-term care and school settings
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to nearby facilities as required
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent graduate degree)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in speech therapy evaluation and treatment across the lifespan
• Familiarity with LSVT Big and Loud techniques and protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary rehab teams
• Understanding of inpatient and outpatient rehab workflows
• Comfort with caseloads that include hydrotherapy, pelvic health intersections and pain management referrals
