Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, patient-centered therapy services at the facility to improve outcomes
• Perform timely assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress clearly and concisely to support care continuity
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and facility staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families to maximize recovery and independence
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Relevant professional licensure or certification as required by the role (ability to obtain Montana credentials quickly is a plus)
• Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
• Recent clinical experience in a similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Available to start on or around 2025-12-15 for the 13-week assignment

Education

• Relevant degree or professional certification as required by the position (associate, bachelor, or appropriate credential)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
• Comfortable with clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient education techniques
• Time management and organizational abilities for a busy contract role
