Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging studies accurately and safely, following established protocols
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment while ensuring quality control and safety
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and clear communication during procedures
- Accurately document procedures, maintain records, and support regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in holiday rotation and on-call coverage to maintain continuous patient services
Qualifications
- BLS certification required
- ARDMS credential required
- Valid state radiologic technologist license or equivalent (license/certificate verification will be completed)
- Ability to pass required onboarding health screenings: fit test, drug screen, color vision, and immunizations
- Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, holiday rotations, and in-call coverage
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of imaging principles, patient positioning, and radiation safety
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting diagnostic imaging equipment
- Attention to detail for image quality and accurate documentation
- Good patient communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility for shift and on-call duties
