Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department to ensure smooth, high-quality care
- Manage therapy staff schedules, caseloads, and productivity to maximize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations to keep the team and patients protected
- Support clinicians with evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
- Coordinate communication between therapy, nursing, and administrative teams to promote cohesive care
- Monitor documentation accuracy, timeliness, and quality to meet standards and audits
- Foster a positive, patient-centered culture that prioritizes clinical excellence
- Participate in training, onboarding, and performance development to grow your team’s skills
Qualifications
- Licensed PT, OT, SLP, or therapy assistant (PTA/COTA) licensed in Pennsylvania
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong understanding of therapy operations, documentation standards, and clinical workflows
- Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of therapy operations and rehab workflows
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation standards
- Ability to lead and mentor clinical staff effectively
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling and productivity management
- Clear communication and interdisciplinary coordination skills
- Comfort with monitoring quality metrics and driving improvements
