Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Occupational Therapist with evaluations and create individualized treatment supports
- Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and strengthening to improve resident independence
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on practical functional strategies for everyday success
- Document services clearly and efficiently to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver person-centered therapy plans
Qualifications
- Active California COTA license required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication and clinical skills to engage residents and the care team
- SNF experience preferred but not required — we welcome motivated clinicians at all stages
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

- Therapeutic interventions for ADLs, mobility, and strengthening
- Skilled documentation practices and charting efficiency
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
- Clinical reasoning and patient-centered goal setting
