Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN or RN at the bedside
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to facility policy
• Assess patient condition, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and update individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support smooth shift-to-shift handoffs

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license (or Licensed Practical Nurse where applicable); NC state licensure preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS as required by facility is a plus
• Active clinical experience in med-surg, long-term care, or related nursing settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Ability to pass required background and health screenings for facility onboarding

Education

• For RN: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program
• For LPN: Vocational/Practical Nursing diploma or certificate from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and nursing best practices
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and documentation
• Strong assessment and clinical judgement skills
• Patient education and family communication skills
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
