Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
• Perform routine assessments and report changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain clear, professional documentation in the patient record
• Support patients and families with education and emotional reassurance

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Practical nursing experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
• Comfort working as a travel/contract clinician and adapting to new teams

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong medication administration and charting skills
• Patient assessment and basic clinical procedures
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
• Good clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude and patient-centered approach
