Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
• Support a positive patient experience by educating and reassuring patients and families

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (eligible to work in Delaware)
• Clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass required background and health screenings for placement

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid assessment and clinical judgment skills for adult/geriatric populations
• Medication administration and IV/PO competency
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and timely documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate resident care
• Ability to prioritize and manage time during a busy evening shift
