Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during your shift
• Assess patients, monitor status, and intervene when needed
• Administer medications and follow physician orders accurately
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Document interventions and patient responses clearly and timely
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and safe discharge

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN or RN license (must be eligible to practice in New Mexico)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable
• Previous acute care or med-surg experience preferred
• Clean clinical background and ability to work independently on night shift
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• LPN: Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Safe medication administration and documentation
• Ability to prioritize and manage time during busy night shifts
• Comfort working with electronic medical records and charting
• Teamwork, adaptability, and clear communication
