Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and changes in condition
• Document care accurately and communicate observations to the nursing team
• Support a safe, clean and respectful environment for patients and families
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to work the 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM day shift
• Comfortable assisting with patient transfers and mobility
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding and background checks
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Foundational patient care and safety practices
• Basic vital sign measurement and charting
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
• Dependable time management and punctuality
• Teamwork and following care plans set by nursing staff
• Attention to detail when documenting care and observations
