Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients with professionalism and warmth
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Perform patient assessments and report changes to the care team promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, coordinated care
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in a timely manner
• Follow facility policies and infection control standards to ensure safety

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (state licensure required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Clinical experience as an LPN in acute care or long-term care preferred
• Current immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Willingness to work the posted day shift hours and travel for assignment

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Comfortable with patient assessments and care planning
• Competent documentation skills in electronic medical records
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Patient-focused bedside manner and strong teamwork abilities
