Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient status and promptly communicate changes to the care team
• Document care activities clearly to ensure continuity and compliance
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to promote recovery
• Support a culture of safety and respect for patients, families, and colleagues

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license (LPN or RN) in good standing
• Eligibility for New Hampshire state licensure (or compact licensure where applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Professional, patient-centered attitude with strong communication skills
• Previous clinical experience preferred but motivated new grads are welcome to apply

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (for LPN) or accredited nursing program (for RN)
• State licensure as LPN or RN

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and vital signs interpretation
• Medication administration and accurate documentation
• Effective time management during 12+ hour shifts
• Comfortable using electronic health records and care plans
• Team collaboration, patient education, and family communication
