Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at Pine Point Center
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to orders
• Monitor residents, assess changes in condition, and escalate concerns to the care team
• Document care promptly and clearly in the electronic health record
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maine required
• Current BLS (CPR) certification required
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to pass background checks and complete facility onboarding

Education

• LPN: Practical nursing diploma or certificate; RN: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) as applicable

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and safe documentation
• Clinical assessment including vital signs and basic wound care
• Experience with electronic health record documentation
• Patient-centered care and advocacy
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
