Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, safe nursing care to residents based on individualized plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document immediately
• Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate outstanding care
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records while following facility protocols
• Support patient comfort, dignity, and family communication during overnight hours
• Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate per policy

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (appropriate for the role you are applying to)
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• Previous long-term care or med-surg experience preferred
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a resident-centered mindset

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or RN diploma/ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of medication administration standards
• Proficiency with patient assessment and documentation
• Familiarity with infection control and safety practices
• Ability to prioritize during busy overnight shifts
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
