Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care during the evening shift
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Assess patients' conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Document patient care and maintain clear, timely medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
• Support residents and families with compassion and clear communication
• Follow facility policies and safety protocols to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Washington (RN preferred)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management abilities

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN for RN; accredited LPN program for LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable with electronic medical record documentation
• Skilled in medication administration and patient assessments
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
