Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
• Assess, monitor and document patient conditions accurately and promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
• Respond to patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers with clear clinical documentation
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (RN) — New Mexico licensure strongly preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable
• Current immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
• Prior acute care nursing experience preferred (travel experience a plus)
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and clinical training

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy competency
• Familiarity with charting and electronic health records
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and provide safe care during high-acuity nights
