Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during overnight shifts, monitoring and responding to changes
- Administer medications, document care accurately, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Perform assessments and prioritize interventions to support patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care
- Help maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to facility policies and infection control
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license valid for practice in the assignment state (Maine) for the applicable role
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred for RN roles
- Previous acute care or long-term care experience preferred (travel nurses often bring 1+ years of clinical experience)
- Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
- Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset
Education
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program (as appropriate for the role)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and triage skills for overnight care
- Medication administration and documentation accuracy
- Ability to use electronic health record systems and complete thorough charting
- Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
- Comfort working independently while coordinating with on-site teams
