Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and promptly
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting patient dignity and comfort
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient education with clear, empathetic guidance
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and comply with facility policies

Qualifications

• Current LPN license (required)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Proven ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a long-term or acute setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first attitude
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medication administration and nursing best practices
• Comfortable with electronic charting and documentation
• Good clinical assessment and vital sign monitoring skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during busy shifts
• Collaborative approach to working with nurses, therapists, and support staff
