Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the evening shift
• Perform thorough assessments and communicate changes in condition to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient care and interventions clearly and timely in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Support residents and families with education, empathy, and clear communication
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license — RN preferred (Washington state licensure or eligibility preferred)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is a plus
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or RN diploma/ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and nursing fundamentals
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Infection control procedures and safe patient handling
• Electronic medical record familiarity and accurate charting
• Effective teamwork, time management, and critical thinking
