Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents as an LPN or RN
• Monitor patient vitals and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
• Support patients and families with education and emotional reassurance
• Maintain infection control and facility safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license (appropriate to the role you are applying for)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or willingness to obtain
• Previous clinical experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred
• Ability to pass background and health screenings required by the facility
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program (Diploma, Associate, or BSN as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medication administration and nursing documentation
• Familiarity with wound care, IV basics (as applicable), and common long-term care procedures
• Ability to assess changes in condition and escalate appropriately
• Comfort working independently overnight and prioritizing patient needs
• Good time management and organizational skills
