Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients during the night shift
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support continuity of care
• Perform thorough charting and complete shift handoffs to ensure patient safety
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer workflows as needed

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license appropriate for the role
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
• Previous acute care or long-term care experience helpful but all applicants are welcome
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

• LPN: Nursing diploma or equivalent and active LPN license
• RN: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing and active RN license

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in medication administration and clinical documentation
• Solid patient assessment and monitoring capabilities
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with infection control and safety best practices
