Shift Type: Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (days vary)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to rehab patients during overnight shifts
- Assess patient status, monitor vitals, and document changes promptly and accurately
- Administer medications and treatments according to facility policies and physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support individualized care plans
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ADLs to promote recovery and independence
- Communicate clearly with day-shift staff during handoffs to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (or compact multistate RN license where applicable)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Experience in rehabilitation, med-surg, or long-term care is a plus but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN or equivalent)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Familiarity with medication administration and documentation best practices
- Comfort managing patients who require mobility assistance and rehab-focused care
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond calmly in urgent situations
- Team-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills with patients and families
