Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients during the night shift
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Document patient care and observations clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
• Support patient comfort and safety with attention to detail during overnight hours

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license (LPN primary) valid for practice
• Ability to work a 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM night shift schedule
• Proof of required immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening as required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborating with a team
• Willingness to complete facility-specific orientation and training

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent vocational nursing training

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills during overnight care
• Clear, professional communication and accurate clinical documentation
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and respond calmly in urgent situations
• Team-oriented approach and a patient-first mindset
