Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents and support their daily living activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding and toileting in a respectful manner
• Monitor and accurately record resident vitals and behaviors
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Document care and observations clearly to support continuity and quality of care
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families to enhance wellbeing

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — T-LNA or Travel LNA credentials accepted
• Available for a 13-week travel assignment starting 2025-12-18 through 2026-03-14
• Ability to work 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shifts as scheduled by the facility
• Professional, compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of a state-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living and basic patient care
• Comfortable with documentation and accurate charting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to follow care plans and take direction from licensed nursing staff
