Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Perform patient assessments and report changes to the care team
• Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and allied health staff to deliver coordinated care
• Support patient comfort, safety, and dignity through attentive bedside care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Previous LPN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care preferred
• Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

• LPN diploma, certificate, or equivalent accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Basic wound care and infection control practices
• Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Time management, prioritization, and teamwork skills
