Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Assess patient condition, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and follow individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Maintain safety and infection control standards while advocating for patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications preferred where applicable
• Comfortable working 12-plus hour day shifts and adapting to travel assignments
• Current immunizations and ability to complete facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred when available

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Medication administration and IV therapy basics
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation experience
• Patient education and discharge planning
• Prioritization, time management, and teamwork in fast-paced settings
