Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; schedule includes every other weekend and some holidays (night)
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse on night shifts
- Administer medications, follow care plans, and accurately document patient status
- Use PCC systems confidently to chart, track, and communicate patient needs (PCC experience required)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care during nights
- Monitor patients for changes and escalate concerns promptly to ensure safety
- Support admissions, discharges, and transfers smoothly during night hours
- Contribute to a positive environment by mentoring peers and modeling best practices
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license in good standing (required)
- PCC experience is mandatory — demonstrated proficiency in PointClickCare
- Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts and covering every other weekend and some holidays
- Minimum clinical experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization/health requirements
Education
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential and vocational nursing diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Familiarity with long-term care workflows and overnight nursing responsibilities
- Proficiency with PCC (PointClickCare) electronic charting
- Good clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize in a busy night environment
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
