Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients with attention and respect
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to ensure seamless patient transitions
• Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and escalate when needed
• Support patient education and family communication with clarity and empathy
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to facility policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing (NC license preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS as applicable is a plus
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and meet facility immunization requirements
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program; graduated and licensed

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Familiarity with patient charting and electronic health record systems
• Good assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Team collaboration, time management, and patient-centered care approach
