Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Day; every other weekend and some holidays required
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct resident care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, ensuring dignity and comfort
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, and feeding with patience and respect
- Monitor and document resident condition changes and report concerns to clinical staff promptly
- Support a positive, team-focused environment by communicating clearly with nurses and other caregivers
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies to protect residents and staff
- Help create meaningful daily experiences for residents through friendly interaction and engagement
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in good standing
- PCC experience required — must have prior experience with Personal Care Coordination or Patient Care Coordination
- Minimum clinical experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Reliable, professional, and able to work every other weekend plus some holidays
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completed LNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident-centered care skills and knowledge of ADLs
- Comfortable with basic clinical documentation and charting
- Good communication skills to collaborate with nursing staff and families
- Understanding of infection prevention, safety practices, and HIPAA privacy
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
