Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment
• Document care accurately and timely in facility records
• Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans
• Support a positive, professional atmosphere that enhances resident quality of life

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification (Licensed Nursing Assistant) in good standing
• Ability to work the assigned evening shift and weekends as required by the facility
• Comfortable assisting with ADLs and working directly with residents
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain if required by facility

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
• Basic clinical observation and reporting skills
• Infection control and safety best practices
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and staff
• Reliable documentation and time-management skills
• Adaptability to changing assignments and facility needs
