Shift Type: Rotating nights, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (overnight) — 12.5-hour NOC shifts, schedule varies by facility
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care that supports comfort and dignity
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Assess resident status and document changes clearly in the care record
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to coordinate effective care plans
- Support activities of daily living and promote residents' independence
- Respond promptly to clinical changes and emergencies to ensure resident safety
- Communicate with families and care team members with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (Maine license required upon start)
- Previous LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification recommended or as required by facility
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation
- Basic wound care and monitoring
- Resident assessment and care planning
- Electronic medical record (EMR) charting
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Professional communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
