Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at Columbia Crest Center
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly and promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient status and escalate changes to providers in a timely manner
• Support residents and families with clear communication and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Washington Registered Nurse license preferred; LPNs with current Washington license will also be considered
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or willing to obtain
• Previous clinical experience in long-term care, med-surg, or similar settings preferred
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Education

• RN: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• LPN: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Familiarity with wound care and long-term care interventions
• Basic EMR/charting competency and accurate record keeping
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with residents, families and staff
