Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift); every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 37
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document resident status and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Assist with mobility, transfers, feeding, and personal hygiene while preserving dignity
- Support care plans by following instructions from RNs and interdisciplinary team members
- Help maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control practices
- Engage with residents to promote social well-being and a positive living experience
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (NH or VT acceptable) or T-LNA as indicated
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Comfortable working in long-term care or skilled nursing environments
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Education
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assistance with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Accurate documentation and electronic charting familiarity
- Knowledge of basic infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and care teams
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong observational skills
