Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
• Take and accurately record vital signs and other clinical observations
• Assist the nursing team with safe patient transfers and mobility support
• Document care clearly and communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and adhere to infection control practices
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families to support person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required)
• Ability to work the 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM day shift
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
• Active CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient hygiene
• Proficient in taking and reporting vital signs
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork in a clinical environment
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
• Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
