Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders using evidence-based methods
- Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals
- Provide skilled therapy sessions and adjust plans based on progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families to maximize outcomes
- Document treatments, progress, and discharge planning accurately and on time
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support carryover and safety
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active or eligible Pennsylvania SLP license (must be able to obtain if not already active)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or recent clinical experience equivalent
- Current CPR/BLS certification (as required by facility)
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Excellent clinical documentation and interpersonal skills
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Skilled in assessment tools, treatment planning, and outcome measurement
- Comfortable collaborating with rehab teams and family-centered care
- Good time management and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy to a variety of ages and diagnoses
