Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Develop individualized care plans and measurable goals to maximize function
• Provide skilled therapy, progress documentation, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home programs and fall prevention strategies
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment that supports recovery

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Comfortable managing a full caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Travel therapy experience is a plus but not required

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and mobility training
• Proficient with documentation and common EMR systems
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
