Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' functional status and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and progressive exercise programs to restore mobility
- Monitor and document patient progress in the medical record clearly and timely
- Coordinate care with nursing, physicians, and rehabilitation team members to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and fall prevention
- Adjust treatment based on patient response and best-practice clinical guidelines
- Promote a patient-centered environment that supports dignity, independence, and recovery
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington (or eligible to obtain WA license prior to start)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or equivalent degree in Physical Therapy
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience in outpatient, home health, or post-acute care settings preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Masters or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy accepted with appropriate licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient assessment, gait training, balance and mobility interventions
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and progressive exercise prescription
- Comfortable using electronic health records and meeting documentation standards
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to prioritize caseload and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
