Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Support patient safety and comfort during overnight hours
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
• Accurately document care, observations, and interventions
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain infection control practices and follow facility policies

Qualifications

• Current, active CNA certification (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass required background check and drug screening
• Comfortable working overnight shifts for the duration of the 10-week assignment
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused with strong communication skills

Education

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Fundamentals of infection control and safety practices
• Accurate charting and basic electronic documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Time management and prioritization during overnight shifts
