Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct patient care and perform thorough assessments each shift
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and positive outcomes
• Advocate for patients and families, educating and supporting them through care decisions
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and comply with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Support infection control practices and ensure patient safety standards are met
• Float to other facilities as needed and adapt quickly to different care environments

Qualifications

• Must have RN experience as stated in the job posting
• Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice in PA
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or equivalent
• Comfortable floating to other facilities and working across different care settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required, BSN preferred
• Completion of an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Infection control and patient safety protocols
• Time management, prioritization, and multitasking during busy shifts
• Compassionate patient and family education and advocacy
