Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric residents, promoting dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Monitor resident condition and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Support feeding and mealtime needs, including special diets and assistance
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and resident observations
- Follow infection control protocols and facility safety procedures
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care plans
Qualifications
- Active GNA certification required (Geriatric Nursing Assistant)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is strongly preferred
- Positive references and ability to pass background and health screenings
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to resident care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- GNA certification (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in ADL assistance and safe resident transfers
- Knowledge of basic infection control and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills with residents, families and team members
- Ability to observe and report changes in resident condition
- Time management and documentation skills to maintain accurate records
