Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to geriatric residents, helping with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and mobility while preserving dignity
- Monitor and record vital signs and report clinical changes to nursing staff promptly
- Document resident care accurately and thoroughly in the facility records
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with the care team to implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Current GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification or equivalent
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Comfortable working night shifts and supporting older adult populations
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved GNA program preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with activities of daily living (ADL) assistance and mobility support
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Familiarity with infection control practices and resident safety
- Compassionate patient interaction and effective communication with families and staff
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
