Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as an LPN
• Administer medications and document treatments accurately and timely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain clear, professional charting and uphold facility policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential; current and in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
• Comfortable working a day shift schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with a 30-minute meal break
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support patient-centered care
• Ability to pass facility background checks and any required pre-employment screenings

Education

• LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
• Patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and ADL support
• Electronic medical record documentation and charting
• Infection control practices and safety procedures
• Professional bedside manner and effective communication with patients and families
