Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care to residents on night shift
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges in a calm, organized manner
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in the electronic health record
- Support patients and families with education, comfort measures, and communication
- Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to promote a safe healing environment
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Mexico or compact/state-appropriate)
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Prior LPN clinical experience preferred; travel experience a plus
- Ability to work night 12-hour shifts and provide reliable coverage for the assignment dates
- Valid ID and ability to complete facility onboarding and background checks
Education
- LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid medication administration and documentation skills
- Strong clinical assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Comfortable with long overnight shifts and prioritizing care
- Good communication and teamwork skills with interdisciplinary staff
- Basic wound care, ADL assistance, and infection control practices
- Familiarity with electronic health records and timely charting
