Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care to residents and patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document care accurately
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the care team promptly
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to support care plans
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow facility policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — required
- Comfortable working the scheduled day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and team focus
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding and any required background checks
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid fundamentals in medication administration and patient assessment
- Accurate documentation and charting practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing patient needs
- Clear communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Basic familiarity with electronic health records or charting systems
