Shift Type: Days to be confirmed (facility schedule), 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care for residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist nursing staff with routine clinical tasks such as vital signs and specimen collection as directed
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to the nursing team
- Document resident care accurately and timely in the facility charting system
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by facility
- Comfortable performing physical aspects of resident care and mobility assistance
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- CPR/BLS certification preferred where applicable
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient-centered care and dignity-focused assistance
- ADLs support including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Safe transfer and mobility techniques
- Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
- Time management and reliability in a fast-paced care setting
